At Second City School of Dance, we strive to provide a high-quality dance experience for every child. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, we ask that you adhere to the following payment policy:

1. Payment Schedule
• Payments must be made in advance of classes on either a weekly or monthly basis.

• Payments are required to secure your child’s space in their class, as we operate with a limited number of children per session to maintain a safe and high-quality learning environment.

• If a preference is not specified between weekly and monthly payments, monthly payments will be the default. 

2. Non-Attendance and Refunds
• Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds if a child fails to attend a class. This is because your payment reserves their spot in the session, and we are unable to reallocate it to another student. 

• If you pay weekly as opposed to monthly please note that if your child misses a class this class will still be chargeable the following week.

3. Booked Holidays during school holidays

• If you have a holiday booked that falls during the school holidays that means that your child cannot attend classes, please ensure you let us know in advance and you will not be charged for this time.

• This only applies for holidays during the school holidays outlined by Birmingham City Council and not during term time. 

• If you have booked holidays during term time payment for class will still be required.

4. Payment Responsibility
• It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure payments are made on time. If you experience any difficulties with payment, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

5. Non-Payment Policy
• Failure to make payment without prior communication or reason will result in your child being unable to participate in class until payment is resolved.
